SPH Classifieds Ads Portal

At Singapore Press Holdings (SPH), I worked closely with the Product Engineering team and business units to derive solutions for their Classified Ads portal.

I took charge of the UI design, user research, wireframes, user journeys and personas. I also drew up UX roadmaps and prototyping. Because I am also a trained and experienced copywriter, I took responsibility for the overarching content and copy for the portal.
