My name is Norazlina. Most people just call me Nora for short.

Before UX, I wore many hats. I was a researcher, copywriter, content producer, marketer, and project manager. I spent my 20s and 30s creating content for business users, and helping businesses and professionals stay relevant through retraining.

My experience in different industries gave me the ability to deeply embody empathy and diversity, both within social, and professional settings. My favourite takeaway from all these experiences? I can write for anyone, and anything (as long as they are willing to read!).

As a writer, I craft micro-copies that breathes personality, and voice, so users can interact with interfaces as they would with an actual person.
